There is a very serious parking issue here, or lack of I should say. The lack of parking causes people to park in "unauthorized" areas, which leads to daily police tickets. Also the appliance suite that comes with the townhouse are absolutely terrible, in one month three new appliances had issues. I see appliance repair men in our neighborhood almost daily! It's listed right now with a commercial real estate company. What does this mean for the people who already bought homes there? What will be built when the land is sold, will it still be the same quality? I would be afraid to buy because of this.
